Returning orders

Books purchased from Peacock Picture Books may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided that the product is returned in its original condition for a full refund to be given. We are unable to accept returns for orders that are older than 30 days.

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged. 

Damaged or faulty goods

In the unlikely event that our books are damaged or faulty when delivered to you, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights if reported within 30 days of receipt.

If you believe our book reached you damaged or faulty prior to its arrival at your address, please email us at info@peacockpicturebooks.com and we will be happy to investigate. 

We will cover shipping costs resulting from our errors, or for return of faulty or damaged products. Our policy on damaged products does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

If you cancel your order, it must be returned in the original shipping packaging and undamaged within 30 days of purchase. The purchase price will be refunded in full to the debit/credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Any damage caused by your shipping company is your responsibility, as we cannot accept damaged returns.
